EmilyAnn rolls are guaranteed fresh upon arrival and care instructions are included with every order. For the freshest taste, store EmilyAnn in the refrigerator, then pop in the microwave for a few seconds or eat at room temperature. We use no preservatives, so if not indulging within five days, we recommend freezing your rolls for up to two months. The Cheesecake Mini contains ingredients that require refrigeration.
There are nuts or nut based flours in several EmilyAnn products.
Each box shipped contains one dozen muffins, bars or cheesecakes or two dozen cookies.

The Indiana Department of Revenue requires that we collect 8% sales tax on orders shipped to an Indiana address and placed by Indiana residents as determined by the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. The tax is based on product price only.
